I am currently planning to be a international student and later on i have dual intent of applying to PR as well. So i want to get my education evaluated that covers both. Currently there are 3 paths which i can choose. WES canada provide 3 options

Change to Canada immigration, used for the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Change to Canada immigration, used for the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for the Agri-Food Pilot.
