this is the request for option C. I submitted the sponsorship application in 2011. So I think I should reqeust CRA to mail me the option C for 2010 and 2011. The question is about 2010 or 2013. Someone told me I should request 2013, not 2010. But the original request is "an original Option C Printout for the year before you SUBMITTED the application". It is "submitted", not "will submit". It is english problem..
