Whether to choose NOC 2173 or 2174?

Hi friends,

I am a MCA graduate and working as a Software Testing Engineer. I am also involved in programming in my career. So the role and responsibilities in 2173 matches with s/w Testing as well as developing. My doubt is, whether Engineering certificate is required when I choose NOC 2173? 2174 is only for programming but not for testing? What shall I do. Many Province ask for Engineering certificate to be submitted.Can anyone give solution for my doubt? Thanks in advance.

My colleague used NOC 2173 for Software Tester/QA position. She got the PR last month.

I was nominated by SINP for 2174 even if I don't do programming, just testing and project management. You can choose this if you want to bypass regulation in some provinces.
