I guess if it's after they have made the decision, then yes it will reflect 'decision made'.

Yes, the final status of the application will be "Approved" with all other fields Eligibility, Medical, Criminality as "Passed". There may also be a section which mentions your PR visa number and COPR number with the validity date which is usually a year after your medicals. That was the case with my last GCMS.

so in your GCMS note your COPR validity is mention Apr 2015 (as from your timeline it shows your MR completed on apr 2014)

Yes, April 23, 2015 is the validity of COPR and my medicals were uploaded on April 24, 2014 which is what the doctor's office told me.
