Hi everyone, i’m applying for study permit from my home country soon. I did my biometrics a couple months ago in a different country. My question is, if i apply from my home country, will my application be sent to the nearest VAC office based on me applying from my home country or based on where I did my biometrics? Because my home country and where I did my biometrics have different VAC offices. Thank you
