Where to upload proofs of common law? Should it be under LOE or attached to Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union form?

Hi everyone, please help:

I am applying for PR under CEC and adding my common law partner to it. Should we attach the various proofs for common law partner to the Client Information section or combine it with the Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union form?
