where to upload police certificate in online form

Hi, I'm applying for student visa and applying online but cannot find where to upload police clearance certificate as there is no place given to upload. I'm from Pakistan.
And should I give study plan in letter of explanation

Hi Omar, you can attach the scan with the 'Letter of Explanation' and merge them all into one pdf file and upload.
