Where to upload imm008 and imm5406

Hello experts,

CIC asked me to attach imm 0008 and imm5406 for my new born. When I log in to mycic account, I do not see any options to upload these documents.

I applied for my PR online. I am able to see options for birth certificate, passport and medical but not for imm0008 and imm5406.

Please help.
