Where to Submit Sponsorship applications

Dears, I completed my 9 years old, sponsorship forms (first time) and paid the fees; I am not sure where to send the forms. Since I am Canadian working in Kuwait; I found in the site that I can sent the forms to:

1- Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

And in other part:

2- Visa office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates , Responsible for Permanent Resident Applications from.

So which location should I send the forms to?

the entire package (sponsor application and applicant application) needs to be sent to the address in Mississauga. CIC will then internally transfer the application to the appropriate visa office once the sponsor has been approved.
