Where to send the application package if I live in Canada?

Hi all,
I just want to ask where should I send my PR application packet if I live in Canada but apply under outland sponsorship?
I found a couple of different addresses on cic website:
1. Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children
2. Spouse and Common-law Partner (currently living in Canada)
3. Other family class applications

Is number 3 the right one?
