Where to send passport

I applied for extension of my visa on the basis of BOWP. Now i got the mail from CIC that i have to submit the passport. I want to know where to submit the passport.

In the email there is all the detail about how to send the passport. There is an address and there is also the instruction to send another envelope in it to receive the passport back by CIC. Read the email again and it will clear all your confusion
