Where to send OINP bank draft? (Human Capital Application)

I am about to go to my bank to prepare an international bank draft for my OINP application. I know I should include it in my application, but my question is, to whom I address it? In the Application Guide it says:

All fees must be made payable to the Ontario Minister of Finance

Is that it? No address of the office or anything? What should I tell my bank exactly?

Its clearly mentioned in the application guide.

"Ontario Minister of Finance"

Bank will need some address for their internal processing I think. That one you can give
the MCIIT adress or just say Ontario, Canada.

Hi Please advise whether DD taken in the name of "The Ontario Minister of Finance" is ok, as the guidelines says only Ontario Minister of Finance without The.

Kindly use the exact words "ONTARIO MINISTER OF FINANCE"

Bank DDs can be very strict sometimes and might get rejected due to the use of the word "THE"
