Where to send new passport details

Hello friends,

I got new passport yesterday after adding the spouse name. Per the AOR details I need to send any change in information to VISA office. I have selected VISA Office as NEW DELHI - since my application status is still showing received on e-cas - Do I need to send it to CIO or NEW DELHI ?

all CEC applications are processed in Ottawa - it doesn't matter what you put on the form.
You should send your updated details to Ottawa.
