Where to send Israeli PCC for Express Entry

I am an Indian citizen who has applied for an israeli PCC from India for express entry and had it
sent to Canadian embassy in TelAviv as advised on the CIC website. Now the Canadian Embassy in telaviv
has received it and they are asking me on where to send it. I am not aware of where they should send
it to? Any advice on this would be great.
