Where to send application

Hi,

I am applying under skilled worker category 1. I submitted my initial application 2 years back and now
I am asked to submit full application.

I understand from web site that I need to send my application to Sydney. However, in the letter from CIC, they asked me to send it to London. Which instruction should I follow?

Also, am I required to send photos since they mentioned at web site that photos are not required for skilled worker category 1? But letter says I should send photos. Should I affix the photo on the application or should I keep it an envelope and attach to application?

As you applied before 28/02/08 the FSW 1 and Sydney does not effect you. You supply the information to London and you follow the instructions for London.
