Do I have to put the 2 photos for COPR inside an envelope? Can I do the same for 20 photos?

I’ve seen guides say to put them in a large labelled envelope. That’s what I’ve done. I paper clipped mine along with the rest of the required documents and items.

When we got our 2 passport photos from the passport picture place, they already came in an envelope, so we just sent them in that and clearly labelled it.

Also I'm not sure exactly what you're asking about the 20 photos too - if you're saying you would put them in the same envelope as the passport photos, I think that might not be a good idea because if I remember correctly that would not be in order on the checklist. You could put your 20 photos in a different envelope though. I also saw someone say they got a binder and put the photos into sleeves for easy flipping.

Generally the method of presentation seems pretty flexible as long as everything arrives safely in one piece and in the order on the checklist.

Use a paper clip and attach it with IMM 0008 form’s first page. That is the first form for the principal applicant in the application. That’s what I did.

Not sure if brown envelope and binder are allowed, 20 photos like wedding pictues, with family etc. Kinda worried that the photos for COPR would be lost since the size are small.

As far as I know, the only real presentation rule is that nothing is allowed to be stapled. You will probably go through a ton of paperclips.

Our two passport photos in their envelope were accepted just fine. The envelope was white I think but that really shouldn't matter.

I've heard of presentation as elaborate as someone including a special box just for all the wedding invitations/RSVPs while everything else was normal paperwork presentation. That person was eventually approved, so I really don't think IRCC is that picky about whether you use envelopes/binders/folders/etc.
If you do use a binder, just make sure you don't put any holes into the actual documents - you'd have to use protective sleeves.

No envelope. Just paper clip it on the front page of IMM 0008 so that it can be easily seen.

We put the two photos (which came in their own little folder) in an envelope and paper clipped it to the spot it belongs according to the check list. We put our 20 photos in an envelope and paper clipped that to where it goes on the check list. Both were in standard white envelopes and our application went through no problem.
