Where to pay?

I am applying as skilled worker and I am at the begining step. Where should I pay the fee?
Is it to CIC canada or embassy of canada in my country (Berlin)? Would like if I got websites of the
place to pay.

is it FSW category 1, then you have to send a cheque (not personal checque), money order etc to CIU in sydney. Its all in www.cic.gc.ca

i forgot who the checque need to be made out to.

Hi, you need to send the fee as a bank draft/check along with other materials to Sydney, NS if your occupation is on the 38 jobs list and you have at least 67 points. The check should be payable to Receiver General for Canada. Consult CIC website for details.
