where to pay for application fee

Hi Im Grace currently working in Saudi Arabia, im applying to Canada under Live-In Caregiver Program, I'm having trouble on where to pay the application fee, it says I can have a bank draft from National Commercial Bank payable to The Receiver General for Canada, but there are some details that needs to be filled up like beneficiary details,, ive tried calling the canadian embassy in riyadh, but only operator answered me,, please, i need help,,

What kind of beneficiry details you need? To make a bank draft I think only Beneficiary name "Receiver General for Canada" is needed?

I took the draft from National Commercial bank here in Tabuk, KSA, I need to fill up the Beneficiary Details like:
Beneficiary's Name:
Address &/or Phone No.
Beneficiary A/C No.
Beneficiary Bank
Branch Name & Address:
Town - Country
