Where to Original Police Certificates

Hi All,

I have received document request for Police Certificate from Hong Kong for my parents, Hong Kong will only mail original police certificates. I tried to search online for the address to send to in Ottawa processing centre and found conflicting addresses. on CIC, it said send to

Documents request
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1

but online forum in Canadavisa, some people said send to

219 Laurier Avenue West,
7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1

which one is correct and most up to date?

I've just had an email from Ottawa telling me where to mail my FBI certificate to:
