I am a Canadian currently living in Taiwan. I want to get married and eventually move back to Canada. My partner wants to work when we return to Canada. Is it better/faster to get married in Taiwan first? Take a vacation to Canada and get married? Or just return to Canada and get married?

The marriage would be registered in Canada thereby making it easier and quicker for the spousal application to go through....
Marrying in Canada does not make the spousal sponsorship app easier or faster.
