Where to get Engineering Degree evaluated?

I did bachelors in mechanical engineering from Pakistan, and then did masters in mechanical engineering from US.
I want to apply for federal skilled workers category. For this I first need to get my engineering degree from Pakistan evaluated from Canada.

So who should I contact for this? Is there any website which mentions steps required for degree evaluation for immigration purpose?
