Where to find the IRCC number on application, required to schedule a biometrics appointment in US

I submitted my application for visitors visa from US. I received confirmation and biometrics letter. I am trying to schedule an appointment for the biometrics collection but to schedule this I have to give a 13 digit IRCC number. What exactly is this number and where will I find it?

Is it not there on the page#2 of your "Biometric Instruction Letter", under "FOR OFFICIAL USE AT BIOMETRIC COLLECTION SERVICE POINTS:"?
