Where to find PR application for CIC Buffalo (ONP certificate)??

This may be a silly question. I just got my Ontario nomination program (ONP) certificate -PhD program, and asked to apply with CIC, Buffalo for PR processing. Wondering, if the PR application form for ONP candidate is any different than the general PR application form. Please share your thoughts. Thanks. Frontenacs
