Where to do Medicals please?

hi,
I am a cuban citizen living in USA(with a permanent residence card,green card) and I'm marrying my fiancee from Canada(quebec).My question is,

Since we are getting married in Cuba(where all my family is) Can I get the medicals done in Cuba??(its for free there) or I have to get them in USA since I'm aplying for Family Class outland(NEw york office,since I live in us) or can i get them in Canada? or can I get them anywhere in the world as long as the medical team works with CIC ?

You can get your medical done by and doctor approved by the CIC regardless of the visa office you will be applying through.
