In the form IMM5490 which is filled by the sponsored person , question 15 asks whether there was a wedding celebration, and if any photos attach it.

Therefore should i attach photos with this forms with paper clips? some forum members mentioned that they have put the photos in Proof of Relationship folder.

Which one is correct should i attach with the form and print two photos on each A4 page and attach it with paper clips or should i put in that proof of folder?

The other question is there are many forum member whom organized the documents into 3 folders,

1) sponsored person folder with supporting document,
2) Sponsor person folder with supporting document
3) and proof of relationship

This three folders semes to me that it contradicts they way the CIC checklist is asking to arrange the forms.
Which method is prefered by CIC, although the three folder arrangment is not mentioned anywhere in the guides?

I read Staples are not allowed but how about the paper clips, some postings mentioned that CIC don't like metals and all form papers should be loose? is that correct?

We (my wife and I) did:

-two envelopes: sponsor and applicant
-proof of relationship photos was in the applicant envelope. I actually bought a smaller envelope where I put the photos (loose), labeled the envelope and then put that envelope in the larger applicant envelope

Mine is still in process so I can't say how effective the organisation of our application was, but this is what we did...
Three envelopes-sponsor, applicant, and proof of relationship.
All photographs were put in the proof of relationship folder with a cover sheet for each section saying what was in it. The wedding photos were separated from the other photos, a cover sheet added and a removable post-it tab added for easy identification. In both the sponsors package and my applicant package we said, "see Proof of Relationship" envelope.

We did it this way because while the forms say to attach photographs they don't specifically say where. We didn't want photos scattered between forms when they applied to both sponsor and applicant and didn't want to make our application enormous by duplicating evidence.
I think (hope) that as long as CIC can quickly identify where to look and can grab them easily without having to sort through reams of paper this is all that is important.
