Where should i submit my application in RIYADH for CANADA student visa

please advise where should i submit my application

I am living in Riyadh

should i go directly to Canadian Embassy (Please also tell what is the process of submiting directly)
Or
send the documents by Mail (FedEx, DHL or ARAMEX) with return AWB (airway Bill)
