Where should I apply??

I am sorry if this has been asked before…..I have been living out of the country for over a year now (with my daughter, who was born in Canada) and I was wondering if it would be better if I applied sponsorship of my husband when I go back to Canada (where I have no income) or in the country I am currently living in with my husband and daughter?? I will be going back to Canada (with only my daughter because he is not allowed to visit) but only for a couple of months in May. Thanks for any feedback

If you are a Canadian citizen, you can apply now.

When you say that he is not allowed to visit, does that mean that he is inadmissible to Canada? If he is, the PR sponsorship application will not remedy the problem.
