Where is the submit button/ document checklist in PR application after ITA?

Hello all,
I recieved an ITA and currently filling up the PR application form after clicking "Continue Application" in my profile.

Currently my application looks like this.

Only thing is I am still working on "Personal History" section so it is "In Progress".

I read that I will get a personalized document checklist.

Where would I get this checklist?
Where is the submit button for this form?
Where should I submit the document and pay fees?

Once you fill up those forms and move on to the next section you'll see the document checklist.

My current application has only "Save and Exit" option below all the form names like Personal Details, Contact details etc

I am not able to see this "Continue" button as in below pic.
My "Personal History" section is still in progress.
I just see "Save and Exit" button in my form.

press CONTINUE . your checklist will show .

it's obviously continue AFTER you fill in the forms and everything is complete like said earlier!
