where is the signature option?

Dear all,

I am now ready to send my complete application. I have a confusion while I look at the checklist. On the checklist at the beginning (about IMM 0008 form) it is written that "check that is complete and signed by principal applicant". But I do not see any option for signature on that particular form (generic IMM0008). Can anybody suggest me what does it mean "check that is complete and signed by principal applicant". Plz guide me.
