Hey guys, As in the subject,How can I find the Commissioner of oath to sigh for us on the form? and what document we need to provide? We are in Quebec city.

Can you explain why you need this? Are you a common law partner co-sponsoring another applicant, like a child or parent?

We had to do this in Montreal. Just go to city hall, call first to see what times they do public meetings. Then both of you go with your passports or birth certificates. It costs about $10 (well it did here) and you both sign the form in front of a CO and they stamp it officially. The form is available as part of the immigration forms (sorry I can't remember which #).
It's pretty quick and easy.
