Where do I send the application?

Finally everything is in the envelope. Now... where do I send it?

It depends on the carrier if they deliver to P.O Box or not. If you send post office use the first address. If use DHL, FedEx, or UPS use the second address. By using the second address you will get a signature from the CIC mail room.

But I wanna send it through Canada Post with a tracking number and a signature required. I can't do that? If that's the option I choose, which address am I going to use?

Second address is the best option

I think the 2nd address is the only option. Couriers never delviver to PO boxes as they cannot get signatures. When sending anything to CIC it always recommended to use courier so you can have proof of receipt from their end. Also make you always keep copies of anything and everything you send that is immigration related.
