Hi guys,
I graduated from college back in June 2017 with diploma, I have been working at Starbucks as a shift supervisor, and it will be one year on this 27th. I just looked on the cic website and it looks like the shift supervisor at Starbucks sounds like the NOC 6211 Retail Sales Supervisors description. Is that one correct? Also, I am super overwhelmed with what I need to do, any pointer would help.

Thanks guys

Hey. For NOC, try to match your job duties with NOC description. Make sure at least 80% match.

As for now, start your express entry application. search "come to Canada tool" on Google. Fill out the form and they will give you instructions what to do next. Also, you need to get a reference letter from your employer explaining how long you been working there, what is your salary, duties, benefits, etc. Hope this helps
