Hello, I want to apply for a study visa and to have a open work permit for my common love partner. My question is, if it's approve in October (to say something...) and my program will start in January, when can I land to activate the visa and permit? My partner would be able to start working on November? or she has to start working at the same time my program will start? Thanks in advance.
