So here's the case. My Dad works in Manitoba and is about to apply for the Provincial Nominee this January. Of course my he will petition his wife and my sister who is 10 years old. So how does that work after his PN is granted, how long will it take before they go to Canada?

Specifically the one in which the definition of a dependent child is moved back to 22 years old maximum.
