I'm tired of waiting...... McCallum has been shouting for months about the so called changes! Now even fall is here and no news. Anyone know what's happening with that?

Don't just rely on these rumors. Try to improve your score by all means possible. There will be changes but these things take time.

Besides implementing new changes in Express Entry, McCallum also wants to raise the immigration quota for next year in order to receive more refugees, however this proposal is getting concerns from the Parliament, so the whole changes might got delayed until they are done with more discussions.
