When will I receive my COPR after biometrics?

The count down meter on the website is 0 now and it says “it takes longer than expected for us to process your case”. I did my biometrics in July. How long did it take for everyone to receive copr after biometrics?

Are you inland or outland? People as far back as November 2019 AOR are waiting on COPR, everything is on hold.
