When will I hear back?

We posted our completed family sponsorship application form mid-February. I've tried checking the status of my application on the CIC website, but it just says that they can't find my details.

I am hoping this is because they haven't begun processing yet.

How long do you think it will take before I hear anything from them, even it's just a confirmation of receipt? I'm in London, England.

You'll receive an AoR by email saying that they've opened your package and further instructions.
It's taking 78 days for this to happen by cic's website.
Follow the spreadsheet to have a better idea.

If you applied in Feb, then your thread would be the Feb 2015 Outland thread. If you look around in there, someone will have a link to the Feb spreadsheet, where you can add yourself. Also, you listed London as your VO, are you sure this will be your VO? It seems those from London are starting to be sent to Ottawa.
