Hello guys!
I was expected to take the test in September 2011 but I was out of the country. They told me they would automaticly reshedule me and send me a letter 2-3 weeks in advance. I came to my homeland 2 weeks ago to get a surgery and my friend was constantly checking my mailbox. the last time she checked was last wednesday the 1st of feb. When she checked again on the 6th, she saw the letter and we found out that i was scheduled for the 6th. They didnt send me the letter 2 weeks in advance. Therefore I missed the 2nd test. I have a doctors note and everything from my surgery. I will be mailing them all the proof that I have since Im going back to Montreal in 2 days.
I was just wondering if anyone experienced the same kind of situation and was wondering how long would it take for me to see the judge?
