When will CIC inform me to take my medical exam?

Hello,

I've recently been sent an email from the CIC asking me to hand in additional information for my sponsorship application. It said I have 90 days to submit this. From my submission, how long is the wait until CIC tells me my family to complete a medical exam?

I'm asking because I'll be out of the country for a couple of months next year and want to align in with the request.
