I am uploading all documents post ITA and there is a requirement to upload

"Statutory Declaration of Common Law (IMM 5409)".

Should I already upload all my evidence of common-law relationship in single file or should I only upload 5409 document at this time and I will be asked to upload proof later?

Thanks

Can anyone confirm. I want to be sure.

Because I read somewhere that after uploading the 5409e form, there will be time later to upload evidence.

Did anyone did the same thing and uploaded both evidences and 5409e form in single file?

You have to upload the notarized common-law form + evidences of your relationship, all together in 1 single file.

They will not ask again for evidences later on.

Thank you!

I am glad I asked because I planned to upload only the 5409 document.

I would make a huge mistake

HI, May I ask if your application has been accepted? I was not asked this IMM5409

We have uploaded that in the section of additional documents. Form for common law declaration was uploded as a single doc. The rest in additional section.
