When to pay PR Fee(Outland application)

hi guys just received my letter regarding the decision made by CIC. good news as expected ;D.

do you know where and when i should pay the fee for Permanent Resident. because its a out-land application do they notify me saying when i should pay the fee.Can the fee be payed in Canada now that i have received a acknowledgment letter.
