When should I order my first set of notes?

I would like to see what the officer thinks about my file and the notes he leaves for the officer at the overseas VO at the time of file transfer.. Should I order them after SA or wait for AOR2?

I think you are WAY too early. I was on my mind to order ours, but I kept saying "one more month, one more month". Things progressed and I never needed to get them.
