hello,

My parents were issued super visa for 10 years on July/14/2013, but due to my fathers work schedule he can only come to Canada sometime on may/2014 .

They only received there Passport along with the TRV on it, it doesn't mention that they have to enter Canada within certain date. or Neither they were issued any letter that said they have to enter within a certain time.

so my question is when they come here at may/2014 will they have any problem because by than the time the visa issued would be around 10 months.

Thanks.

1. They were given a 10 year multiple entry TRV, so they can enter at any time during the 10 year period.

It will definitely not be a problem if they come 10 months after being issued the visa. It's really up to them, because their visa is a 10 year visa

but I believe CBS officers might ask for Insurance if they want to stay more than six months.

Absolutely! Private insurance for $100,000 is a requirement to come to Canada on a Super Visa.
