When to apply for PGWP and spouse OWP extension.

Background
Wife : canadian diploma finishing on 14th August
Me(Spouse) : working on OWP (valid until 30th sep)

When should my wife apply for her PGWP ?
She has one offer letter from 1st September.
She would get all the documents like transcripts and completion letter by 28th August.

Should she apply on 28th august ?
And then should I apply for my OWP extension, after she receives her 2 paychecks (lets say 28th September)
And then attach one paystub later via web form ?


It is safe to do this process? Or would i have to wait until she gets her PGWP approved and then apply for mine.

She can apply as soon as she has her transcript and completion letter.

You will likely have to wait for her PGWP before applying for your OWP. In the meantime you may have to apply to change your status to visitor.

2 immigration consultants have suggested me, that I can submit my OWP extension with 2 of her pay slips and then update IRCC with 3rd payslip 15 days later through web form.

I am confused, whether I should trust them or not.

She should apply with proof of graduation/transcripts and 3 pay stubs from a job in NOC 0, A or B. The consultants are suggesting you push the limits and apply after the 2nd pay stub.
