Hi,

My CRS is upwards of 450, so going by recent trends, I'm guessing I should be getting an ITA in the next few draws.

I wanted to know what would be the best time to apply for medicals that would be required in the post ITA stage ?

I believe we will only be provided with an acknowledgement receipt that we have to upload. So does that mean I can get it done now even before I have an ITA ?
What other details regarding my application would be required while I go for the medicals?

Your score is pretty good and for sure you would be invited in next draw,so go to the panel doctor and tell them that you came for upfront medical, after that when you finished medical the clinic will give you e medical information sheet,so you need to upload that.
I would say just wait for next draw this Wednesday and take that invitation letter is with you.Otherwise you could do without that too,i did mine without invitation letter.
Good Luck.

Okay. Is there anything related to my EE profile that I need to take along for medicals if I am getting it done before ITA?

There is nothing related to medical in your profile to take with you.

Do your medical just few days before you submit your application. If the appointment time isn't that long (appointment is quick in most places generally as far as I know), just get ita, gather all the documents, and then schedule the test. Submit the application as soon as you complete the test.

The reason for this is that they'll give you time to land one year exactly from your medical date. By doing this, you'll have ample time to plan your landing, and also be able to accommodate any kind of processing delays.

I would advise you to get the medical done as close to eAPR submission date as possible to give you ample landing time. My ITA was 5 April, I got medical done on 30 May and submitted AOR on 8 June.

The best way to do it is to do medicals LAST. Once you get your ITA, you have 3 months to collate all documents. Collate them all and do your medicals 2 days before your actual submission date. The advantage of doing this is that your LANDING deadline is 1 year from Medicals. So the closest you do this to your application submission date, the longer deadline you will have to land. This validity will be longer compared to losing a few months of landing validity by doing your medicals too early.
