Hello,
My wife (citizen) is sponsoring me for PR. Our application is in process on ecas with the BGC started on mycic. When we initially filed our application we intended to live in Ontario and we put that with her address at the time in the application forms. Few days ago my wife received communication from her employer (govt of Canada) that she is going to be transferred to Newfoundland at the end of the summer, so when eventually I will be able to join her, it s going to be there.
Should I notify IRCC right away?
Might that slow down or create a glitch with the application, since it s already being processed?
Can I wait until the end of the summer when she will actually move there and do it then?
Might it be considered misrepresentation or something like that?

thanks for the attention

The province in which you are going to live has absolutely no impact on your application unless it is Quebec.

You do not need to notify them about your change of plans. Once your sponsor actually moves, if this move occurs prior to your application being finalized, you can submit a change of address via IRCC web form. You should not do this until she is physically there.
