When should I pick up the passport?

Good afternoon

I have applied for my dad's visitor's visa and he submitted his passport a few weeks ago. Last week (Feb 13) I received an email that the visa has been issued. But the message didn't mention anything about picking up the passport. It just showed the visa number and expiry date that was issued.

The VAC is in Baku. Do I get a specific message in my dad's application profile that the passport is ready for pick up?

You must contact VFS/VAC in Baku. They would be able to advise. Generally speaking, the processed passport is returned to VFS/VAC by the visa office in a couple of days
