When should I create my EE profile ?

HI Guys,

Please see below for my details and please advise me when should I create EE profile and will be eligible ?

November 2015 - Started working under NOC B (full-time)
December 2015 - Graduated
February 2016 - Applied PGWP
March 30 ,2016 - Went out of Canada for personal reason (still continue on work - Non paid)
April 14, 2016 - Received PGWP
July 5, 2016 - Arrived back in Canada (resume work with same employer same position)
January 19, 2017 - Went out of Canada for personal reason (still continue on work - Paid)
February 23, 2017 - Arrived back in Canada (resume work with same employer same position)
April 2, 2017 - Company changed its name (merged with brand new company - my position & office stays same)

Seniors & experienced please advise me when I will be eligible to create and submit my profile ? I have 426 CRS points. Also pay stubs are necessary ?

First step is IELTS or Celpip exam and your ECA. Without those you can't apply for EE.

Yes, I have my Ielts result & I have Canadian diploma.

You can start counting work experience from the moment you apply for a PGWP.

Do not count unpaid leaves.

Count paid vacations.

Pays stubs aren't mandatory but an added plus if you can provide them.

Do I have to provide any LOE for my 2 leave out of canada & for work experience during application of PGWP ?

You can if you want to.

Create different entries so that you're sure you're not claiming work experience obtained during unpaid leave.
