Hi All,

I am confused again..

After submitting the files to NS for screening we should be getting AOR.

After that we have to submit full documents to Local Visa Office.

My question here is

Full documents contains PCC or that will be requested by CHC seperately..

Can anyone please details me the FULL Documents and when PCC will be requested and when Medicals will be requeste.

Ankit your thoughts please.

Regards,
Laxmikanth

You need to prepare documents according your visa office specific Appendix A. See here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled-mission.asp

and yes, PCCs are to submitted along with other documents.

At Nova Scotia: Only Screeing is done, when your case is eligible then Nova scotia transfer the file to your Local CHC.
At Local CHC, you have to file your application afresh, alonmf with any updation.
Local CHC will give you 120 days to submit the Application along with PCC, IELTS, Proof of funds etc.
When u submitt all these, VO/IO again check your docs & make any decision.
If VO/IO gives your case ok, then Medicals, RPRF, Passports are demanded for Visa Issuance.

You need PCC along with documentation that you will submit to CHC.

You can start the procedure to get the PCC even before you submit the application to CIO but only need to submit PCC to CHC.

You have to submit PCC along with full docs to CHC...

Start applying for PCC

please remember that PCC is valid for 90days (3months). this should be valid when you are sending your full app to your local visa office.

I took my PCC before my intial app sent to CIO,NS, i havent received my AOR yet.. but my PCC was expired. now i need to take a fresh PCC again. So, dont do same mistake like me..

Thanks Ankit and all for the response.

From the Instruction Guide EG7, p. 20:
"When you submit the application to the visa office please ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months before you submitted your application to the CIO."

You did NOT make a mistake if your PCCs are less than 3 months old from the time you submitted to CIO... The date that the application is received at CIO is your lock-in date, not the date it is received at the local visa office.

Thanks Jes for the info.

you are right and I just did read it.

satish_lkb you are saved.....no need to get clearance again now....

please clarify date of submittion your application to the CIO. I apply in Caracas, so that date is the date I received file number ?

I sent it to Sydney, NS on Novermber 28th.

Laxmikanth

as stated above, it is the date RECEIVED by CIO-Sydney. This will be indicated either (1) by courier service tracking, or (2) on the email/letter you receive from CIO-Sydney.

Hi jes_ON and all,

It's interesting and confusing language. :P

Is that above discussion conclude PCC has to be issued within (Before/after) 3 month from the CIO application date??
and one doesn't need to get it renew for submitting to local CHC (4 months from AOR date)

Seniors please comment your views/ opinion on same.

PCC should not be more than three months old than your application date to CIO. It can be issued after three months of your application to CIO that is not a problem

No need to give a renewed PCC (to CHC) if you got it issued two months before application to CIO even if this means that your PCC is about nine months old ( 3 before CIO + 2 to recieve AOR + 4 to file docs to CHC)

Wow, thanks Ankit for the clarification.

hope it will help lots of applicant (Including me and balu0427) who are having misconception like PCC has 3 month expiry date.
and need to renew it if it pass more then 90 dyas from the date of issue. (if that was the case, PCC itself comes with some expiry date:)

thanks a million for your analysis and posting it.

any other senior member who can double confirm it??????

Regards
