When mississauga asks you for a form again how long afterwars to get SA

Hi,

I am trying to find as much info as possible, since I have gotten different answers from CIC call center.
I sent my app in october and on november 25th I got an e-mail asking me for a form again, and they kept my whole app. still don't know why they asked me for the form since it was the latest version and signed and everything. anyhow I sent it the same day, now around christmas I called and they told me yes they got the form and my app is complete but now I have to wait since my new received date is nov 27th.. When some others agents told me it's 45 days, some others says we don't know. I'm at 44 days since I got the letter. 42 days since they got the form again.

so what is it ? really!

it depends on the visa officer. there is no consistency.

some people have their application processed as soon as the information is received
some people have to wait unti AFTER the "bring forward date"/timeline listed in the request letter for the processing to continue
some people get put back in line on the day CIC considers the application completed.

there's really no knowing what will happen to your specific application. all you can do is wait until they decide to process your application.

it's great especially because I still don't know why they asked me for that form again!

They may have lost it lol, or they just wanted the newest version of the form.

yeah I think they lost it because it was the latest version of that form.

when they sent you the email did they give you so many days to have it submitted by . Each time they have requested information from me the days have varied . The sponsorship they gave me 60 days to send in the information . They then reviewed my application again . They then put me back in line .As others have said it does depend but i think when its the first stage for outland applications they start the application when package is complete.

yes they told me that I had 45 days to submit them.

I'm at day 45 today since they sent me the e-mail asking fot the form, and day 43 sine they got the new form

that's because they are reading the same thing you are reading on the website. the call center are not the actual people handling the files. they do not know what exactly is going on, all they know is that the website says oct 16, and that is the information they provide.

yeah well they are not too far from reality if we look at October spreadsheet they seem to be working around mid october for a month now, maybe they got a lot of apps in October..

From my experience anyway, they needed documents by 11/9 which were received and signed for 11/5. My file didn't go 'In Process' until 12/29. So you may not hear anything for a while.

hey guys I just got AOR, should I get S/A soon or do you think I still have to wait the 85 days or It's going to be faster.
I guess I got AOR but of my docs requested because right now they are sending AOR to nov 7th applicants..

they got my docs on november 27th....

What do you think ?

It seems the SA's are coming within a week or two of receiving and AOR.
